1. Definitions

• Create and maintain only one Account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Verification

anur33 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, source of funds, and residential address at any time. Required documents may include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Payment method verification documents (bank account statements, e-wallet screenshots)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

anur33 accepts deposits through various payment methods including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. When making deposits, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the Platform.
• Deposits are subject to processing times varying by payment method, typically instant for bank transfers during banking hours.
• anur33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion without providing specific reasons.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider for deposit transactions.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available Account funds subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and verified during the KYC process.
• You must withdraw to the same payment method used for deposits, unless technically impossible or at anur33's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB), up to 24 hours maximum.
• anur33 may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 4 for Bonus Terms.
• anur33 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

In accordance with international anti-money laundering standards, anur33 implements strict AML procedures. Players acknowledge that:

• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent use of the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• anur33 may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without notifying the Player.
• We reserve the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

anur33 may offer various bonuses and promotions to Players. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed in the promotional material or bonus page.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational Players only. Professional players or bonus abusers may be excluded from promotions at anur33's discretion.
• Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be wagered before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

anur33 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using automated betting systems or bots to fulfill wagering requirements
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate bonus terms
• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds (e.g., betting both sides in sports)

Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and potential Account closure.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All Players must adhere to fair play principles. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Collusion with other Players or dealers in live games
• Card counting or other advantage play techniques in live dealer games where prohibited
• Arbitrage betting or taking advantage of delayed odds updates in sports betting

5.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live game procedures conducted by licensed providers. anur33 does not control or influence individual game outcomes. By playing, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All games have a built-in house edge ensuring long-term profitability for the Platform.
• Past results do not predict future outcomes.
• Disconnections during gameplay do not invalidate game results. In the event of disconnection, games continue and conclude based on your previous action selections or default rules.
• In cases of obvious technical errors (e.g., incorrect odds display, payout calculation errors), anur33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

5.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including football (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, BRI Liga 1), badminton, basketball, volleyball, and other sports:

• All bets are settled based on official results recognized by the governing sports body.
• In the event of match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are void and stakes refunded.
• Live betting odds are updated in real-time but may experience delays. anur33 reserves the right to refuse bets placed after key events have occurred.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 Suspension by anur33

anur33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• You engage in bonus abuse or advantage play
• You become abusive or threatening toward staff or other Players
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or order from a competent authority

6.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, anur33 offers self-exclusion options allowing you to voluntarily suspend your Account for a specified period (minimum 7 days, up to permanent exclusion). During self-exclusion:

6.3 Withdrawal of Funds Upon Closure

Upon Account closure (voluntary or imposed), you may withdraw any remaining real money balance after deduction of applicable charges or disputed amounts. Bonus funds and unrealized bonus winnings will be forfeited upon closure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, anur33 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering activities
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or errors in the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality

• Any loss resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In any event, anur33's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the anur33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of anur33 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content
• Use any anur33 trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
